Orders are processed Monday through Saturday and typically ship within 1–3 business days. Orders placed after 5 PM (EST) will be processed on the next business day. We do not process or ship orders on Sundays or holidays.

We currently ship within the United States only.

Returns and Refunds
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, you may return it within 35 days of the receipt date.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging.
- Items that are defective or damaged upon arrival are eligible for a full return at no cost to the customer.

- If the return is due to defective or incorrect items, Wotira will cover the return shipping costs.
- For all other returns (e.g. change of mind), customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
- We are not responsible for lost or damaged items during the return shipping process if not due to our fault.
