    • If the cancellation is successful, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 5-12 business days, depending on your payment provider.
  • After Shipment:
    • If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You will need to initiate a return for a refund. Please refer to our Return Policy for detailed instructions.
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refused Delivery

  • If you no longer want the items and the order has already been shipped, you can refuse delivery upon arrival.
  • Once the package is returned to us, we will process a refund minus the original shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee.

  • In rare cases, we may cancel an order due to stock unavailability or other unforeseen circumstances.
